Jesus on a cracker women! That's amazing! Everything on my body that can be is now crossed for you. JUST ONE THING throws off everything...at least to me! It's the foot painting! It's just...FOOT! Ha, but that's just me. What do I know right? Nothing. *Sigh* I love your people sketches.
Gorgeous portfolio, Betsy! Your drawings and paintings have such awesome life to them, they are real eye catchers. Good luck with your internship search! Btw, the cat page...is stupendous. You need to make one more drawing of him with a paper bag stuck on his head...like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XE0_g4cWEA
Katya-- It's not my problem if you have a problem with feet...haha...but thank you. :)
Greg--Ok... I'll draw it. But in exchange you have to take a picture of yourself in front of Pixar next to the giant Luxo Jr. statue wearing your Rocketman helmet.
By the way, before there's any more confusion, I don't actually have any internship offers (yet?). Amalia was just being super awesome and encouraging. :)
Your Portfolio is amazing- really beautiful and consistent. I agree with Liron, you would probably be better off showing 4, 5, or 7 rather than your loose (but gorgeous) sketches.
However I have to say my biggest problem with your presentation is your giant "Thank You For Looking!" on the last page. Your work shows some true sophistication and it almost cheapens your portfolio to have a giant sign at the end. I suggest either having the last page be blank with your logo and contact info, or perhaps end with a very short and professional vita or bio.
But other than that- wow, really amazing! Sure wish I could draw like that!

Really nice stuff Betsy, I really like pages 4, 5 and 7. I would probably start with those in the portfolio. But overall really cool.
