some quick sketches

Life has been busy lately. Sorry for a lack of updates! I'm moving back to Sarasota in a week, but I'm going to try very hard to keep updating 2 or 3 times a month!

I really wanted to make a piece about my home town, and this pretty much captures that feeling of suburbia. I'm still not sure if I'm done--any critique is appreciated!

I reloaded a new image that doesn't have the levels so high so that you can see some of the variation I put into the leaves (I guess I could still use some more). I hope the colors don't look too washed out!

community band

I sketched this last night and played with it a bit in Photoshop. There should be more Community Band concerts. I keep liking the sketches I do at them.
