Short Film Character from Betsy Bauer on Vimeo.
I'm very busy working on my short film this semester. This is my character Aloki from my 3D short animated film. I will be making a few small changes to her model... but for the most part she is done.
New drawings soon... I promise!
Aw she's adorable! Great stuff. Love the patterns. Can't wait to see her moving about. Good Luck!!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute. I love the textures in the hair.
ReplyDeleteYey!! Im so excited to see this animated! She is great!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan already. :3
ReplyDeleteAmazing design! I love the character... would love to hear the story too! Is it based on some Indian legend/folktale etc?
ReplyDeleteso, so, so talented. Lately I've been coming to your blog non-stop, and been showing all my friends HOW GOOD this "student" is. I hope your film goes well, I'll be coming here way too often.
ReplyDeleteGOodluck!
Thanks for the nice words, you guys. That's really flattering. :)
ReplyDeleteHey, Betsy! Love LOVE your art work!! Beautiful 3D model!!
ReplyDeleteI read you like burritos, you are welcome anytime to visit me in my home town Chihuahua, Mexico, for the best burrito experience :) Hugs!
nice work Betsy!
ReplyDeleteSo cute and charming!
ReplyDeletevery cool. You might want to adjust the spec power on the shader for the hair. its a bit plastic feeling
ReplyDeleteHey Clark-- Yeah, that's one thing I plan to fix. I'm also going to make her hair a bit less see-through. It gets a little distracting as-is.
ReplyDeleteThis is really wonderful!
